1. Deliveries:

At Swiss Bedding, the service doesn't stop when you leave our showrooms.
Our logistics team takes over to offer you a customized and stress-free delivery.

We deliver your items directly to your home, or, if you prefer, to the branch closest to you, according to the terms agreed upon together.

📅 Approximately two weeks before the scheduled delivery date, our service will contact you to arrange an appointment. A 2-hour time slot will be offered to ensure an organized and punctual delivery.

⚠️ Difficult access: please let us know

If the delivery address has any particularities (pedestrian street, narrow access, floor without elevator, etc.), please let us know in advance.
Additional charges may apply in the event of:

• Application for parking permit

• Use of a lifting platform

• Specific handling equipment

Our goal: to guarantee a smooth, efficient delivery that respects your constraints.

2. Assembly:

Our team will take care of unpacking, assembling and installing your new furniture in the desired location, so that it is ready for immediate use.

We also take care to recycle all packaging, to leave you with a clean and hassle-free home.

3. Clearance:

To make your life easier, Swiss Bedding offers a collection service for your old furniture, directly from your home, when your new items are delivered.

We ensure their disposal in an environmentally responsible manner, through responsible recycling channels.

📦 What you need to know:

• Return is only possible in conjunction with home delivery and assembly.

• This only applies to beds and mattresses, provided they are disassembled, accessible and ready to be transported.

• The following are not returnable: wardrobes, tables, chests of drawers, or any furniture not having the same function as the delivered item.
  

4. Delivery & lead times

• Zone 1: Geneva, Vaud, Neuchâtel

• Zone 2: Bern, Fribourg, Jura

• Zone 3: Aargau, Basel, Lucerne, Obwalden, Solothurn, Valais

• Zone 4: Appenzell, Glarus, Nidwalden, St. Gallen, Schaffhausen, Thurgau, Ticino, Uri, Zug, Zurich

• Pillows / bedding: 10 CHF by post, delivery time: 5 to 15 days.

• Indicative delivery times: 20 to 40 working days for mattresses/bed bases; 8 to 12 weeks for beds.

📦 Doorstep delivery: you are responsible for installation in the room.
❗ Carefully measure your access points (doors, stairs, elevator).
📞 A delivery slot is scheduled 1 week in advance. Please call 20 minutes before arrival.

🛠️ No dismantling of your existing furniture.
🚫 In case of difficult access, delivery drivers will leave the items at the entrance. No compensation is possible.

⏰ In case of absence or impossibility of delivery on the agreed date: 100 CHF charged.
👤 An adult must be present on site.
