1. Right of exchange for the mattress

At Swiss Bedding, your satisfaction is our priority.
That is why we offer you the possibility of benefiting from a 100-night exchange right, valid only once, on a selection of standard-sized mattresses.

Dimensions concerned:
80x200, 90x190, 90x200, 100x200, 120x200, 140x190, 140x200, 160x190, 160x200, 180x200, 200x200
(Custom-made mattresses, display models and clearance items excluded)

🕒 Recommended adaptation period: 30 nights

Before any exchange, we recommend a minimum of 30 nights of trial.
New mattresses require a break-in period: open-cell materials gradually adapt to your body shape, ensuring lasting and personalized comfort.

🧼 Hygiene conditions:

To be eligible for an exchange, the mattress must be:

• In perfect condition (no stains, dirt or damage)

• Cleaned properly

• Presented as delivered

❗ In case of stains or wear and tear, the cover will be charged at the current price.
Only the core of the mattress is replaced during the exchange (the original cover is kept).

💰 Price differences:

• In case of a price difference in favor of the customer: a voucher corresponding to the difference will be issued.

• If you choose a more expensive mattress: the difference will be charged according to the current catalogue price.

• No cash refunds will be issued.

🚛 Exchange fees

The exchange fee is subject to a flat fee of CHF 159, including:

• Removing the first mattress

• The delivery of the new model

• Complete logistical coordination

2. Right to exchange pillows

An exchange is possible within 10 days, valid only once, on Swiss Bedding pillows (excluding feather or synthetic pillows).

Terms :

• Clean and undamaged pillow

• Returned in its original packaging

• In case of staining: the cover will be charged.

• Price difference refunded in the form of a voucher

• Any price difference calculated according to the current catalogue price

❗ Additional information

• The right of exchange does not apply to clearance products, display models, or custom-made products.

• Only one exchange is possible per purchase (mattress or pillow).

• The customer is informed of their responsibilities regarding the condition of the product during the exchange.
